Associate Director, Project Management
Description
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects within the media and healthcare space.
- Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and client expectations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and resolve issues effectively.
- Champion process improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and standardized procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA in Marketing or a related field is a plus)
- 6-8 years of proven project management experience within an agency setting, including experience managing direct reports.
- Experience and knowledge of the media space and/or healthcare is highly desirable.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software like Smartsheet.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
